Our Facilities
At CDE Fitness, we have two floors full of a variety of equipment designed to meet your fitness goals. Downstairs, we have a selection of resistance training machines, free weights where we can work on building strength and conditioning. While, upstairs is our brand-new crossfit area, equip with space for box jumps, sledge runs, punch bags battle ropes and much more.
